Playhard Membership Terms & Conditions

Hey girl – welcome to the Playhard club. These are the official terms & conditions ("T&Cs"). By signing up for membership or attending our events, you agree to these terms. 💖

1. Membership Types & Fees We offer:

  • Monthly Membership – CHF 34/month. Cancel anytime.

  • Yearly Membership – CHF 288/year. Renews annually unless canceled.

All prices include VAT (if applicable). Membership fees are generally non-refundable, with the specific exception of our Vibe-Check Guarantee outlined in Section 4.

2. What You Get As a member, you’ll get:

  • Early access to our events

  • Access to 5–8 curated Playhard events per month (mix of free & paid)

  • Exclusive member-only free events when offered

  • Access to our private online community

  • Special discounts for paid events

3. Events & Ticketing

  • Ticket Tiers: Paying Members (monthly/yearly) usually get lower ticket prices. Some events are members-only, others open to all.

  • What’s Included? Each event is unique. Check each listing for specifics.

  • Refunds? Not really. No refunds if you can’t make it. If we cancel an event, you’ll get a full refund.

  • No-Shows & Uninvited Guests: No showing up unannounced or bringing guests who didn’t RSVP.

  • Travel: Travel to events is your responsibility. Most of our magic happens in Zurich.

4. Refund & Guarantee Policy 4.1. General Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable. The sole exception is for new members who meet the conditions of our "Vibe-Check Guarantee" as detailed below.

4.2. The Playhard Vibe-Check Guarantee

We offer a conditional satisfaction guarantee on the membership fee for new members to ensure Playhard is the right fit for you.

  • Eligibility Period: The Guarantee is valid for the first thirty (30) calendar days from your initial membership activation.

  • Conditions: To be eligible, you must complete the following within your first 30 days:

    1. Attend one (1) official Playhard community event. Qualifying events include our official Brunch, Book Club, Padel, Culinary Collective, or Games Night.

    2. Introduce yourself in the "Intro chat for Playhard Queens" on our private community platform.

  • What's Refunded: The Guarantee covers your membership fee only. It does not cover any costs you paid for event participation (e.g., the fee for a Padel court, your meal at a brunch, or a ticket to a paid workshop).

  • How to Claim: If you've met the conditions and feel Playhard isn't for you, email us at hey@playhard.ch within your 30-day eligibility period. Your email must include the date of your introduction post and the name/date of the event you attended. Once we verify the conditions are met, we will process your full membership refund, no questions asked.

5. Community Guidelines

Playhard is a safe and supportive space. Members agree to be respectful, inclusive, and avoid harassment or unsolicited promotions. We reserve the right to revoke membership for violations.

6. Cancellations & Renewals
Monthly membership: Cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of your billing cycl

Yearly membership: Cancels at the end of the yearly cycle. No mid-year refunds.

To cancel, use the cancellation option in your email. If not found, just email us at elza@playhard.ch and we will cancel it for you.

7. Photos & Videos at Events
We often take photos and videos at events for marketing on our website, social media, or other platforms. By attending an event, you agree to being recorded unless you inform the host at the beginning of the event or email us at elza@playhard.ch with a removal request. We’ll always do our best to honor opt-out requests 💌

8. Data & Privacy We collect your data to manage your membership and handle it in line with Swiss data laws. We will never sell your data. Our full Privacy Policy is available upon request.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these T&Cs occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify you via email with 14 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.

10. Liability Participation is at your own risk. Playhard is not responsible for any personal injury or lost items or emotional damage from too many new besties.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Playhard is operated under a Swiss sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma): Elza Legran, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
